Current turnaround time is between 1 to 3 working days depending on parts stock. Repair times may take longer should parts not be available. Genuine parts are used for all repairs, taken direct from Pioneer. We can fit parts provided by the customer, however are not responsible for any damages as a result of customer-supplied parts. This is particularly the case for power supply units. Prices are per unit, and do not include parts (excluding tact switches).
Our labour fee is set depending on the unit. If any parts are required for your repair – we will quote you for the parts.
After we have quoted you for the repair, if you decided not to proceed with the repair for any reason, a £20 investigation fee will apply (per unit).
Should a delay arise in the repair timeframe, this will be clearly communicated to you.
