Full Service and repair – £55 per unit
Involves inspection, full service, and repair (if required)
- Full diagnostic to identify any existing issues
- Update the system software to the latest available version
- Remove all built-up dust and debris from inside the unit
- Replace Cue and Play tact switches if necessary
- Thoroughly clean the exterior to eliminate all dust and dirt
- Inspect and clean the laser mechanism (if applicable)
- Clean all control switches and rotary potentiometers
- Clear out any debris from the USB and SD card slots
- Clean and check all RCA signal outputs
- Reassemble the unit and test all functions in SERVICE mode
- Check and calibrate jog wheel tension using service mode
- Power on the unit and perform full functionality testing under normal conditions
- Optional upgrades installed (if applicable)
Replacement parts are not included in the price, excluding tact switches
